Dear NEAG,

I’m writing as I am in transition and would like to provide my resume to the community and seek employment. I was part of two major layoffs, one at TIAA-CREF after 27 years there and the other at New York Life after 3 years there. 

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a MBA in finance. My background is in investment accounting, financial management, accounts payable and controllership. I feel I have the skills to work at both large and small organizations, the latter where I was an employee and a consultant. I am interested in financial services but would consider most other industries, as long as it is an opportunity to prove myself. I also feel I work well with all levels, from staff to executives and have a broad range of financial and customer service experience. I hope that I have been able to convey the value I can bring to an organization and all I ask is a chance to show it.
