Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Westport, CT

Duration: 6 – 12 months contract with possible extension

Job Description:

6+ years of experience managing ITIL-aligned Support or Operations teams, ideally within financial services environments (investment banking, asset management, etc)
Prior experience managing change throughout an organization, including implementation of new systems, processes and tools
Experience working in a shared technology services environment
Experience implementing and managing within an ITIL framework; and specific experience in the areas of Change, Release, Problem and Configuration Management
Very strong relationship management skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
ITIL certification, preferably to Expert level
Experience defining and managing to SLAs/OLAs
Very strong relationship management skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
