– Responsible for assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating clinical and non-clinical educational and OD activities for Hospital.
– Manages staff of clinical educators, nonclinical educators, and administrative assistant, and maintains matrixes relationship with decentralized, department-based clinical instructors.
– Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
