VP OPs start up

a startup is ready to hire their dedicated operations 1^st person:
 
Vice President of Operations
This hands-on executive will build and create a functioning, virtual manufacturing operation in preparation for next year’s product ramp up. This senior manufacturing executive will be responsible for all aspects of the product delivery cycle including: 
·        identification and selection of manufacturing partners
·        development and implementation of a logistics strategy
·        establishment of Asian based manufacturing
·        creation of a global supply chain
·        direct to consumer product delivery
 
Although some will  say the risks are high in this position, the desired candidate will only see:

It is essential this individual have the at minimum following credentials:
·        a degree, advanced degrees are valued
·        prior startup experience where you have hands on, personally built operations, supply chain, forward and reverse logistics

 
·   location:  Southborough / Framingham area Massachusetts
·   relocation:  will only be considered the selected IF all the credentials are met and exceeded
·   compensation: will consist of base salary and equity participation.
