I’m an executive Human Resources professional with a finance background and extensive global experience in financial services, consumer products and industrial sectors. Skill areas are: Organizational Transformation, Talent Management and Development, Executive Leadership Coaching, Workforce Planning and Employee Relations. I have supported organizations through various business cycles/transformations including large integrations/growth, divestitures/downsizing and regulatory ramp-ups.
