Seeking New VP Operations

Dear NEAG,

I hope you are well. I’ve begun a new VP Operations search for a $250mm private-equity owned company that is beginning a major lean transformation project. The position will report to the CEO, manage several hundred employees, and lead a Lean Six Sigma transformation project for all company locations (4 major US plants). The position will locate at company HQ in Cleveland, OH.

A quick review of the requirements:
Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment.
People management – must bring significant experience managing large groups.
Must work out of Cleveland, OH (company HQ).
Compensation plan includes strong base salary + aggressive annual bonus + stock options.
