The pre-selection ensures that the right people meet. The Job Match is executed as a series of 10 minute in-person interviews with 5 minute rotation break. The schedule of interviews is governed by an online itinerary which is generated 24 hours before the event. A Job Match allows employers to interview up to 12 candidates in three hours.
