HR Professional Seeks Networking Opportunities

Dear NEAG,

I would like to be member for multiple reasons. I am in transition and would like to be exposed and also I have a wide international network and could also support any other job seeker.

I am a senior HR professional with diverse background as I bring both operational and functional expertise to the table. Having started on the business side including experience in sales, quality six sigma, I have been able to translate executive business strategy into realistic and effective HR processes and strategies including organization design, Leadership Development, Business succession planning , Talent Management and employee engagement.
