HR Generalist Role
My client, The Human Resource Consulting Group, LLC (HRCG), in Seymour, CT – a full service HR outsourcing firm, payroll processor and benefits administrator – has an opening for an HR Generalist.
We are looking for candidates who are skilled in providing consultative HR generalist support in coaching and counseling, recruiting, training and development, benefits and compensation administration, compliance, performance management a succession planning, as well as providing data to payroll. The ability to travel, anticipated at 10% – depending on business, is an essential function of this position. The right candidate will have a minimum of five years of HR generalist experience (preferably with companies ranging from 10M to 150M in revenue. Bachelor’s degree required and PHR/SPHR and/or Master’s degree are preferred. Additional qualifications: Must have a strong customer focus, command skills and a track record of pushing oneself and others to achieve results. Also must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to analyze situations and provide sound judgment. Proficient organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and must possess strong process and project management skills. Consulting and organization Development experience. Computer literate; HCM/HRIS experience is required. Please provide salary history and requirements.
