Job Description

Kforce’s client, a global manufacturing organization located in the West Hartford, Connecticut (CT) area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a long-term basis. This individual will be responsible for:

* Understanding and communicating with different departments and associates in order to ensure that objectives are understood for successful project execution

* Working with process improvement in order to provide for more efficient execution of tasks

* Creating and tracking detailed project plans while using MS Project

* Tracking decisions to completion

* Managing and facilitating effective status meetings

* Working with project team members to develop and carry out communication plans

* Managing scope and schedule changes through change control

Required Skills

* A BS degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field) * 3+ solid years of Project Management experience are required for consideration * PMP Certified is strongly preferred but not required
