NURSE PARALEGAL

We are seeking an experienced nurse paralegal to join our thriving national tort and product liability defense litigation practice in our Hartford office. The position will focus on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Candidates should have four plus years of experience working on complex federal and state court litigation cases and familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures is essential. A licensed RN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, at least two years of patient care experience and a paralegal certificate is preferred. Experience and familiarity with reviewing medical records, charting, creating medical chronologies and timelines, summarizing medication and treatment care and identifying and screening experts is required. Experience with Case Map necessary. Must have excellent case management skills, superior communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
